Return Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery (before Thanksgiving of the year you received them). Our customer service team will work with you to satisfy your business needs.

Return Requirements

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Products may be returned only after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our service team
  • Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
  • Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 25% restocking fee and any original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Credits may take up to two weeks to process once products are received at our warehouse

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or broken upon delivery:

  1. Notify our support team within 14 days of delivery at jason@christmaslights.io or call 855-619-5483
  2. Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
  3. Keep all original packaging as received
  4. Provide your order number and tracking information
  5. Include a brief description of the issue and how you'd like to proceed (replacement, refund, or credit)

We will work with you to find the best solution for your situation.

How to Return Products

  1. Contact us at jason@christmaslights.io to request an RMA number
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Items to be returned
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  3. Wait for your RMA number and return instructions
  4. Package items in original packaging in "like new" condition
  5. Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked
  6. Tracking information should be retained for your records

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order by contacting us at jason@christmaslights.io, provided that the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to our return policy above.
