ORDERING & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same day! Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer competitive shipping rates based on order value:

• Orders $0 - $99.99: $20.00
• Orders $100 - $398.99: $40.00
• Orders $399+: FREE SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS and FedEx. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, or PO Boxes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery (before Thanksgiving of the year you received them). Our customer service team will work with you to satisfy your business needs. To start a return, please contact us at jason@christmaslights.io or call 855-619-5483.

What are the requirements for returns?

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• Receipt or proof of purchase required
• You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning items
• Products must be in new condition and in original packaging
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• A 25% restocking fee and any original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
• Credits may take up to two weeks to process once products are received at our warehouse

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If a product is defective or broken upon delivery:

1. Notify our support team within 14 days of delivery at jason@christmaslights.io or call 855-619-5483
2. Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
3. Keep all original packaging as received
4. Provide your order number and tracking information
5. Let us know how you'd like to proceed (replacement, refund, or credit)

We'll work with you to find the best solution for your situation.

How do I get an RMA number?

Contact us at jason@christmaslights.io with:

• Your order number
• Items you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Once approved, we'll provide your RMA number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order by contacting us at jason@christmaslights.io, provided that the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

PRODUCTS & WARRANTY

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment. For warranty claims, email us at jason@christmaslights.io for instructions.

Are your lights suitable for professional installation?

Yes! Our products are commercial-grade and built for professional installers. However, products must be installed according to current local and National Electrical Codes (NEC) to maintain warranty validity.

Do you ship freight for large orders?

Yes, large or bulk orders may require freight shipping. Freight rates will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Our customer service team will contact you with a freight quote if your order requires special shipping.
